There are three versions: conventional F-35A fighter, F-35B STOVL (with short take-off and vertical landing) and the F-35C carrier-based fighter. Tamiya additions: Decals for cell panel boundary lines, multilingual notice including French, markings for two US Marine Corps aircraft based in Iwakuni, Japan, pilot figure.
