We ship as quickly as possible, and your package may arrive via FedEx or USPS.
Postage costs have increased yet again.  We ship for actual cost or less whenever possible
If your package is lost or damaged, it is up to you to file a claim with the carrier. You can do this online. Do not throw away any items or packaging until the claim is paid.
Once the claim is paid, we will work with you to make up any difference if there is any. We will not refund anything until the claim is filed and processed.
This is different due to the USPS and others now requiring packaging and damaged goods be taken to the PO for inspection.  We apologize for this, but they will no longer pay a claim if I file and don't have the goods/packaging.
