my husband bought from this famed shop in Rome in the 1970's
Some history: Palazzi's shop on the Via Borgognona in Rome catered to some of the world's most fashionable men—from film stars like George Hamilton and Marcello Mastroianni to international virtuosos like Leonard Bernstein and an impressive list of European and American notables...
Palazzi involved himself with the Italian film industry & he designed clothes for more than 40 movies and had the honor of winning an Academy Award nomination for the clothing in "La Cage Aux Folles" and the sequel film".  He died in May, 2000 in Rome, Italy

Size: There is no size label, and I believe my husband had this made for him at the boutique. He is usually a size medium.Please see the measurements:

Condition: This is in very good vintage condition for its age. There are no stains or tears, but there is 1 area on the back that looks "thread-bare" along the vertical "CP" stripe; it is definitely NOT a hole/rip and is only noticeable when you hold the shirt up to the light. There are also areas at the collar that look white where the material has thinned and the stiff material that makes the collar stand out is showing through (close-up of collar pic). All buttons are original and present.
