This is a “Collectors Character Doll Handmade by “Jay” of Dublin”. It is approximately 8 inches tall and is titled “Donegal Man”. He wears a tweed suit and hat and a wool sweater. There is a white spot on his nose, and a dark spot on his chin. These can be seen in the photos.
