Galway Souvenir Postcard Serving Tray Killarney Ireland (Details in Listing)

This listing is for a Souvenir item from Galway Handicrafts Galway Ireland.
The item is denoted as Handmade. The item does show some damage to the straw predominately on the rear/bottom.
I could not find anything to exactly define what this item is. My best guess is that it is a postcard (9 x 6.5) attached to a blank background. This was then encased with a wood back and glass front. That entire thing was then wrapped in straw. It "MAY" be a serving tray - total size ( 11 x 8.5) or something that can be "hung" adding a string to the rear.
I do NOT know how old the item is.

class mail (over 13oz) are taking longer than usual to make it to their destination. I have contacted the POST office on numerous occasions and have been told it is related to the pandemic situation. I have indeed seen some news agencies reporting on the delays of the POST office. I monitor every item I sell via its tracking until it reaches its final destination and will email you if I notice any unusual delays. These delays are unfortunately out of the control of ALL the Buyers and Sellers.
