Up for auction is a patch from the Irish National Stud County Kildare collected in Ireland in the 1990s and never
used
.  This is a cloth
patch but
looking at the back it may have some sort of adhesive, perhaps an iron on patch.
In
excellent
vintage condition, about 2 3/8 x 2 3/4 inches.
