We ship parts ordered daily. Your order will go out the same day if you order by 3pm CST otherwise it will be shipped the     next business day. Orders only go out Monday - Friday unless special shipping is arranged. All orders are shipped UPS ground shipping unless special shipping is arranged.
We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you have a proper shipping address for us to mail your time to.
We take great care to package your item nicely so it arrives in the same condition it left. If you should have damaged     package please make a claim via the shipper and send us an email letting us know about the problem. We will be sure to help you with your claim.

Electrical parts. No exceptions unless we made an error identifying the part in our listing. Make sure this is the part you need. Our electrical components are tested by our trusted mechanics to make sure they work properly before we sell them. Our reputation depends on it. Unfortunately due to the nature of how electrical components work we cannot take them on returns.
We also have a strict return policy. It must be followed. You must email or call us within
5 days
of receiving your part and get a return authorization #. After we receive and inspect the item(s) we will then issue you a refund minus a 20% restocking fee within 24hrs after receiving the part.
