(Train time F1 00:20 interval C1 00:10 to F8 00:20 interval C8 00:10 then repeat total 8 times)
FGB Button：
FGB1 : Preset work time /5 min; intervals/1 min; Repeat/5 times
FGB2 : Preset work time /5 min; intervals/1 min; Repeat/3times
Our Gym Exercise Timer has 4 different functions. 12/24hour clock, countdown or countup timing, Interval timer and stopwatch.
Custom Interval Timer
You can use the custom timer to build your workout by the remote controller.
Programmable interval training with any work/rest times up to 99 cycles.
Count Up Clock
Count-up: Count up from 00:00 to 99:59.
Create a desire time and press start key to start from desire time to 99:59. Timer will be beep when reaches to 99:59.
Count Down Clock
Countdown: Countdown from 99:59 to 00:00; Create a desire time and press start key to start from desire time to zero. Timer will be beep when reaches to 00:00.
Stopwatch Clock
Stopwatch maximum time is 99 minutes 59 seconds 99 hundredths.
Press start key begin to count up from 00 00:00 to 99 59:99
12/24 Hour Real Time
12/24 hours time: Display both 12 hours and 24 hours format time.
