Vintage New Old Stock without the tags - Unworn.  Quality made by Dietz, for the Tall Man.  Front button down with single button closure on the cuffs.  One single chest pocket, tapered tails.  Ivory color.  No fabric tag.  Fabric has crispness and I believe it is a cotton polyester blend.
