Piano roll of POPULAR SELECTIONS No. 33, showcasing  6 hits from the 1908-09 season, various composers, lyricists and theatricals.
This medley roll is arranged, Electra 77500
NOTE: There are at least two errata on the label.
Selection 1, "Beautiful Eyes" (the Ada Jones hit) is erroneously credited to "Von Tilzer".  ("Beautiful Eyes" was written by George Whiting, Carter De Haven & Ted Snyder.)
Selection 5, "If To-Day Were Yesterday" has a word misspelled in the title ("Today" is wrong.  Sheet music, copyright notices and the publisher all have it as "To-Day".  In addition, the composer's surname is
misspelled
("Combs", for Whitney Combes.)
Music sounded like it does in this year, for a relatively short period of time.  These songs are great!!  If you happen to be someone who likes the "sound" of 1909, you'll be delighted with this roll, and you'll be amazed at its quality and condition!  Wooden core and flanges!  Stamps for tempo and changes, notations and other expression markings are well inked!  Back-stamped 5/1/11, indicating the date when it was punched!
Overall condition of this roll is superb!
