  • Condition: HALLLELUJAH BABY (1967) is in GOOD vintage condition. The box is in good vintage condition, too! The tab is firm, there are no marks, very little yellowing, but one 1/4 inch tear at the beginning of the roll has been repaired, and there are some creases at the beginning also. Plays beautifully!! Hallelujah, Baby! is a musical. The show is "a chronicle of the African American struggle for equality during the [first half of the] 20th century." The musical premiered on Broadway in 1967 and made a young Leslie Uggams a star. It won the Tony Award for Best Musical.
