If payment is received by 4:30 EST, your order will ship the next day Monday-Friday. If the order is placed after 4:30 EST, your order will ship in two business days. Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Orders placed after 4:30 EST on Friday will ship by Tuesday at the latest.

Returns

If you simply need to return your order, we have a 30 day return policy. All returns will be refunded less a 20% fee. There are no exceptions. Items need to be returned in the condition you received the product. Pro's Gear reserves the right to deny returns on products that have been used or installed.
