Vintage All Cloth Norah Wellings Doll in Scottish Costume

A vintage all cloth Norah Wellings doll. measures 9" tall, cloth body and molded felt face with bright colors. This doll wears a wool kilt and the bodice is felt. There is a pewter color pin at the shoulder with an amber crystal in the center. The tag on the kilt says Made in England for Lord and Tayler Young Peoples Floor, New York. This doll is in great shape.
