    Vintage Monkey See Hear Speak No Evil Souvenir Desk Blotter New Ulm, MN
    The base of this desk blotter is 4 1/4" x 4".  It has silver lettering "Souvenir of New Ulm, Minn," and  "Don't Monkey With Anything On This Desk."  There are three ceramic 1 7/8" monkeys sitting together at one end.  They are brown with red faces and have a blue "blanket" on their backs that has "JAPAN' on it.   One is covering its mouth, another its eyes, and the third its ears.
    The monkeys have a little paint missing on the top and front.  The silver lettering is in excellent condition.  There is a little damage on the right side of the top - some tiny bubbles and a partial crease.  The two layers of felt inside are bright green.  The bottom green tagboard is a little faded.  Please look at the six photos.
