Vintage Native American Beadwork Necklace with bakelite locket loom-made

here is a vintage  beadwork necklace
I was supposed to   fix the  beadwork on it  but you know some time has passed and that sat.
the locket is early bakelite as one would find at the turn of the century or as early as the civil war. the locket  has a broken hinge, no photo
I am not sure what this is supposed to be as there is a locket  and some clips , almost looks lie it would be for holding your reading glasses.
loom made,  most of the threading is good, except the very end were the  knots must have come un-done
measures 24 inches long when  looped to wear like a necklace ( some 48 inches total length)
